CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS: Starting at $9.00 p/hr Bonus Commissions. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for interacting with customers with regards to their lease purchase agreements, retail sales, the processing of customer order forms, and maintenance of the showroom area and customer files.
MANAGER TRAINEES: Starting salary based on Experience, Achievements & Performance, plus Bonuses and Commissions. Typically, Management Trainees get through our hands on program within one year. However, our company is opening one store every four days and some motivated and outstanding individuals may be offered a General Manager's position within as little as 8-12 months.
DELIVERY DRIVERS: Starting at $9.00 p/hr Bonus Commission. As a Product Technician/Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a one-on-one environment. A high level of customer service is required. You must be able to move heavy furniture and electronics with precision and must have a clean driving record. NO CDL required.
SALES MANAGERS: Starting salary based on Experience, Achievements & Performance plus Bonuses and Commissions. As a Sales Manager, you will sell our products to perspective customers and acquire new customers while maintaining existing ones. You will be responsible for setting and attaining sales goals, pricing, inventory, warehouse, staging products, and overall appearance of the store.
