Description:
Our Forms Design team is responsible for the composition of rates, rules and forms for mainframe, intranet and internet systems for all of the major business lines in our Regional Companies Group. We're a growing team as we expand our areas of coverage and are looking for a high energy, collaborative and experienced team member to join us as a Forms Design Technician and realize the possibilities with Liberty Mutual.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Compose new and revised electronic forms using XICS (Xerox Integrated Composition System) policy issuance systems
· Support state filings by composing company rates, rules and forms
· Analyze rate changes to determine what changes are required for company manuals published on Sage, our insurance reference library
· Publish approved rates rules and forms for internal and external customers and various distribution systems
· Compose and publish materials for distribution systems, underwriting documents, department manuals, agency manuals and bulletins as · · appropriate
· Participate in the scheduling and prioritizing of jobs
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
· Minimum of one year of experience using XICS as a super user
· Profiency in MS Office applications required and familiarity in HTML and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred
· Previous experience with Sage is a plus
· Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy
· Good mathematical, oral and written communication skills required
· Attention to detail and accuracy a must
· Strong teaming/collaboration mindset as well as strong emphasis on customer service
