Job description:
Provide enablement and mentoring on Rhapsody, Doors, and System Architect for our top Rational Business Partners. Develop training roadmaps for the BPs technical resources. Drive BP ownership of delivering Demos, PoT, and PoCs independently of the IBM sales teams. Participate within the Systems Practice Area and drive awareness of skilled Business Partners investing in Telelogic and Systems Practice technologies.
Provide sell-with support to our top Systems Business Partners on accounts that are not covered by the local IBM sales team.
Candidate will need ample technical product knowledge on Rhapsody, Doors, and System Architect to drive education and mentoring on these technologies.
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 5 years experience in Extensive technical background in systems and/or systems level software engineering
· At least 3 years experience in Executive level technical selling
· At least 3 years experience in Deep understanding of systems delivery practice areas
· Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
· English: Fluent
Preferred:
· Master's Degree in Engineering
· At least 1 year experience in Large scale modeling experience such as SysML and/or DODAF modeling
· At least 1 year experience in Understanding of software design issues
